Autumn Term Clubs 2024

Below are details of the clubs and activities on offer next term and how to secure your child's place in your selected activities. If your child is eligible for the Pupil Premium grant, you are entitled to one funded place per term. Please see Miss Gavin to book your selection.

To secure your child’s place in an internally run club, please sign up via Arbor. All clubs will be live on your Arbor account on Monday, 22ndth September at 8.00am. There are limited places.  Once the clubs are full, please email clubs@darell.richmond.sch.uk to be added to the waiting list.

When applying for clubs run by external providers, please register with them directly, with the information provided on the club list and below.

Clubs may occasionally be cancelled at short notice due to staff absence, etc., and when this happens, the school should not be relied upon for childcare. Parents will be informed by a text/phone call if a club needs to be cancelled.

When selecting a club, please check the membership details carefully, ensuring that your child can attend regularly. 

Club Behaviour Code:

Please remind your children that only exemplary behaviour will be tolerated at all extracurricular clubs. If there are any incidents of poor behaviour, your child risks losing their place.

All children are to be collected from the main front office on Niton Road.

There may be some additional clubs added before the clubs start in September. If any amendments are made, we will send an updated list.

All clubs will start the week commencing Monday, 9^th September 2024 and run for 12 weeks, finishing the week commencing Monday, 16^th December.

Clubs taking place on a Monday will run for 11 weeks due to a inset day on Monday, 4 November.   

If sessions are missed, catch up sessions will take place the week commencing Monday, 16^th December. You will be contacted directly to confirm any catch-up sessions.
